Description

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets: 1 lb
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Honey: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced): 1 clove
  • Ginger (grated): 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil: 1 tsp
  • Sriracha (optional): 1 tsp
  • Green onions (for garnish): Optional
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish): Optional
  • Lime wedges: For serving

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Marinate the Salmon Bites: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and Sriracha (optional). Add salmon and coat. Let marinate for 5-15 minutes.
  3. Air Fry the Salmon: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes, check halfway. Cook for 1-2 minutes more for extra crispiness.
