Ingredients

Instructions
- Preparation: Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes.
- Marinate the Salmon Bites: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and Sriracha (optional). Add salmon and coat. Let marinate for 5-15 minutes.
- Air Fry the Salmon: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes, check halfway. Cook for 1-2 minutes more for extra crispiness.
