Description

Make delicious and easy air fryer churro bites. These are perfect for a quick dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Combine water, butter, salt, and sugar in a pan. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat and gradually add flour, stirring until the dough forms a smooth ball. Remove from heat.
  3. Transfer dough to a bowl and let it cool for 4-5 minutes. Add egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Use an electric mixer to combine until smooth.
  5. Transfer the dough to a piping bag. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Pipe bite-sized churros into the basket, being careful not to overcrowd them.
  7. Lightly brush churros with butter and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl.
  9. Toss cooked churros in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite dips.
