Description
Make delicious and easy air fryer churro bites. These are perfect for a quick dessert or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Combine water, butter, salt, and sugar in a pan. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat and gradually add flour, stirring until the dough forms a smooth ball. Remove from heat.
- Transfer dough to a bowl and let it cool for 4-5 minutes. Add egg and vanilla extract.
- Use an electric mixer to combine until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Pipe bite-sized churros into the basket, being careful not to overcrowd them.
- Lightly brush churros with butter and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl.
- Toss cooked churros in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips.
