Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.
  3. Let the mixture boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Add shredded coconut and oats to the saucepan. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon if desired.
