Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix crumbs with sugar, melted butter, and salt. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Chill while preparing the filling.
- Make the peanut butter layer: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Spread this peanut butter layer evenly over the chilled crust.
- Prepare the chocolate layer: In another large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Beat in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Spread this chocolate layer evenly over the peanut butter layer.
- Add toppings: Sprinkle the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups evenly over the chocolate layer. If desired, add extra whipped cream, chocolate shavings, melted peanut butter drizzle, or whole Reese’s for decoration.
- Chill: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy your no-bake Reese’s Peanut Butter dessert.
