Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, sliced into thick rounds
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Sprinkles, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Thread the bananas, strawberries, pineapple chunks, and marshmallows onto wooden skewers, alternating between fruit and marshmallows.
  3. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the fruit is lightly charred and the marshmallows are golden brown.
  4. While the skewers are grilling, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Once the kabobs are ready, drizzle the melted chocolate over the fruit and marshmallows.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles, and chopped nuts, if desired.
