Description
Hearty and delicious rice bowl with ground beef, bell peppers, and jalapenos.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup soy sauce (can use low sodium)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: rice
Instructions
- In a large pan, melt butter.
- Add onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and jalapeno and cook for 5 minutes. Add ground beef.
- Cook until ground beef is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Drain and return to pan.
- Add soy sauce and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
- Serve with cooked rice.
