Description

Buffalo Chicken Dip is a warm, creamy, and cheesy appetizer with a spicy kick, perfect for any gathering. This easy-to-make dip combines shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and ranch dressing, topped with melted cheddar and blue cheese.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Tortilla chips or celery for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until the chicken is fully coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the buffalo chicken mixture to the cream cheese mixture and combine until well blended.
  5. Transfer the dip to a baking dish, top with the remaining cheddar cheese, and blue cheese crumbles (if using).
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve hot with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.

  • For a shortcut, use rotisserie chicken.
  • Add extra hot sauce or cayenne pepper for more heat.
