Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet of Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Set the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet lightly or lay down some parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic, and onion powder until smooth.
- Dip each chicken strip into the mayo mix, then press them into the crushed crackers so they coat well.
- Put the coated tenders on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, checking they’re golden and hit 165°F inside.
Notes
- Greek yogurt or sour cream can swap in for mayo
- Broil for the last minute or two for some extra crunch
- Store leftovers chilled in the fridge for up to three days
