- Prepare the Bread: Preheat oven broiler. Slice French bread in half lengthwise. Spread chimichurri sauce evenly across both halves.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the chimichurri sauce.
- Broil the Bread: Place bread on the middle oven shelf under the broiler. Broil for 2–5 minutes, watching closely, until cheese is melted and edges are golden and crispy.
- Serve: Slice the bread and serve immediately.
