  • 2 cups Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (like blueberries or chopped strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh berries and chopped nuts or granola (if using).
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into a silicone mold or onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, creating small bite-sized portions.
  4. Place the mold or baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, carefully remove the frozen yogurt bites from the mold or peel them off the parchment paper.
  6. Store your homemade frozen yogurt snacks in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
