Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush with sautéed garlic and olive oil, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
