- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
