Instructions

  2. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, for 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
