Description

These low carb pepperoni bites are a quick and easy snack. They are perfect for those following a keto or low carb diet. Enjoy these healthy pepperoni appetizers as a party food or simple snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 40 pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Everything but the Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread a small amount of cream cheese onto half of the pepperoni slices.
  3. Sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
  4. Top with another pepperoni slice and press the edges to seal, creating mini pepperoni snacks low carb.
  5. Place the assembled pepperoni pockets on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy. These crustless pepperoni bites will be golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and pat dry with a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
