  • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni pasta
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices crispy cooked bacon, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain fat.
  2. Stir in cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, ketchup, and mustard into the ground beef. Mix well.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Spoon about 1/4 of the mac and cheese bacon burger mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom.
  6. Heat a lightly oiled skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  7. Place the mac and cheese bacon burger rolls seam-side down in the skillet.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
