  • 12 oz Rotini Pasta
  • 12 oz Spicy Sausage (Andouille or Italian), sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce (smoky or honey-based)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder or Cayenne Pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook sliced sausage until browned (5–7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add BBQ sauce, honey, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper; stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Return sausage and pasta to the skillet; toss well to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
