Description

This pasta salad dressing recipe is quick, easy, and full of flavor. You can make it in minutes with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grate or mince the garlic clove and place it in a mason jar.
  2. Add the olive oil and red wine vinegar to the jar.
  3. Add the Dijon mustard and dried oregano to the jar.
  4. Add the kosher salt and black pepper to the jar.
  5. Seal the jar and shake well until emulsified. Alternatively, whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
