- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Grate or mince the garlic clove and place it in a mason jar.
- Add the olive oil and red wine vinegar to the jar.
- Add the Dijon mustard and dried oregano to the jar.
- Add the kosher salt and black pepper to the jar.
- Seal the jar and shake well until emulsified. Alternatively, whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
