- 2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well-blended.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Toss chicken in the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Thread marinated chicken pieces onto soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
- Place skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove skewers from the grill and serve immediately. Squeeze fresh lime juice over them if desired.
