Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken Tenders/Thighs/Breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Dry Ranch Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Hot Sauce to taste
- Red Pepper Flakes to taste (optional)
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, dry ranch seasoning, dill, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken pieces and toss until well coated.
- Thread the seasoned chicken onto soaked skewers.
