Ingredients

- 1 pound large fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Sea salt and black pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Clean and pat dry shrimp
- Season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic
- Slice avocados into cubes
- Squeeze lime juice over avocados
- Heat olive oil in skillet
- Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side
- Arrange avocado, top with shrimp
- Garnish with cilantro and lime zest
