Ingredients

  • 1 pound large fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Clean and pat dry shrimp
  2. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic
  3. Slice avocados into cubes
  4. Squeeze lime juice over avocados
  5. Heat olive oil in skillet
  6. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side
  7. Arrange avocado, top with shrimp
  8. Garnish with cilantro and lime zest
