Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 4 cups frozen corn
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 large lime
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

Instructions
