  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 8 oz smoked gouda cheese, shredded
  • Optional: 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • For Serving: Celery sticks or tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Place shredded chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and shredded smoked gouda. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Cook on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm, topped with optional blue cheese, with celery sticks or tortilla chips for dipping.
