- 4 cups rice or corn chex mix cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup icing sugar
Instructions
- Place strawberries in a food processor and chop until a fine powder forms.
- Combine strawberry powder with powdered sugar in a bowl. Mix until uniform in color.
- Pour the mixture into a 1-gallon freezer bag and seal it.
- Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between.
- Fold the melted chocolate into a large bowl with cereal. Coat the cereal without crushing it.
- Transfer the chocolate-coated cereal into the prepared bag with strawberry-sugar powder.
- Seal the bag and gently toss. Ensure each cereal piece is evenly coated.
- Lay the coated cereal mix on a baking sheet, spreading evenly.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Store the mix in an airtight container.
