  • 45 stalks celery
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 3 dashes hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut celery stalks in half.
  2. In a food processor or with a handheld mixer, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add bacon, cheddar cheese, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
  4. Blend or pulse until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Fill each celery stalk with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with additional chives and bacon if desired.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
